is designed to capture the breadth of technical issues surrounding the design of voice over data networks and explain a methodology that brings order to approaching the problems
faced by the Systems Engineer. This three-day course covers both IOS-based and CallManager-based voice network designs in depth. The purpose of this class is to discuss the technical
issues of designing voice over data networks. This course will assist both sales and technical personal by learning the Cisco methodology for implementing voce over data networks. Major
topics covered include Voice over IP, Voice over Frame Relay, Voice over ATM, Call Manager, Quality of Service, Gateways, Legacy PBX integration, Unified Messaging, Standards, and Dial Plans.
Prerequisites Completion of CVOICE and CIPT classes.
