CNE 5.0 BootCamp
This is a newly designed course designed for persons with strong Novell NetWare background wanting to become a Novell Authorized CNE.
Prerequisites This 15-day course is not designed for the novice student. Each student should
have one to two years of Novell NetWare experience. This should include installing a server, creating users and groups, printing setups and a strong
knowledge of commands and utilities. This course is designed as a testing preparation course. The tests do not have to be taken at the time of this course.
The student has flexibility to use those days as lab days and then take the tests at a later time. Otherwise, lab time will be limited.
SRP: CALL 350: GroupWise Administration
Students learn GroupWise system fundamentals, architecture and messaging configurations. Course 350 also teaches students how to set up and maintain a GroupWise 5 System on a Netware 4.1 Network. 555: IntranetWare: Integrating Windows NT

560: NetWare Administration
This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform competently in the role of network administrator or system
manager for NetWare 5.0. Students completing this course will be able to accomplish fundamental network management tasks on NetWare 5 Network
565: Networking Technologies
This three day course provides an excellent foundation upon which to build network training. It covers the basics of computer networking, including terms
and concepts. How and why networking technology works is made clear in this course.
570: NetWare 5.0 Advance Administration
This course provides the knowledge and skills needed to design, configure and
administer a complex NetWare 5 network. Skills learned include upgrading from the NetWare 3 environment, migrating to NetWare Distributed Print Services,
executing Java-based utilities, network backup and configuring NetWare 5 for remote access. 575: NDS Design and Implementation
This course teaches network administrators, network designers and networking
consultants the skills needed to create an NDS design and implementation strategy. Students complete an NDS design strategy and implementation schedule using templates they can reuse to create a design for their
workplaces. 580: Service and Support
This five-day course focuses on the prevention, diagnosis and resolution of hardware-related problems network professionals encounter while working with network.
