Course Description
This hands-on, instructor-led course covers the topics you need to implement Cisco ATM technology. It begins by providing an
overview of key ATM concepts then focuses on operation and configuration of ATM-based networking using Cisco LightStream 1010 ATM Switch and ATM Interface Processor (AIP).
Prerequisites
Interconnecting Cisco Network Devices (ICND) or Introduction to Cisco Router Configuration (ICRC) and prior router experience or equivalent knowledge of Cisco IOS is required.
Advanced Cisco Router Configuration (ACRC) is highly recommended
Objectives
After a comprehensive overview of ATM technology and its applications, you will learn the operation and configuration of the LightStream 1010 switch and Cisco router with the
Network Processor Modul (NPM). You will perform hands-on labs that show you how to implement, configure and troubleshoot your Cisco hardware to handle current ATM
