ACT! 2000 Set of Three Training CD's
The Introductory level teaches the fundamental tasks required to
create and maintain a contact database. You'll learn the basic elements that make up ACT! 2000, how to utilize views and tabs and how to use the Address Grabber. Finally, you'll be able to enter
a variety of data such as names, addresses and Web sites, create and modify contacts and schedule activities and events.
The Advanced level shows how to find contact records using a query and use the administration tools to protect and maintain your
database. You'll learn how to query information, create and modify reports and use Mail Merge fields. Finally, you'll be able to setup and schedule calls, define users and perform database maintenance.
After completing Secrets and Timesavers, you'll be able to apply shortcuts in ACT! 2000 to
alleviate repetitive tasks. You'll learn how to create and run Macros, modify toolbars and assign keyboard shortcuts. Finally, you'll be able to set and run synchronization, utilize the
DNS mobile organizer and utilize Internet links.
